WRX Property Group is a professional Kitchener-Waterloo-based realty team serving all of Waterloo Region and Wellington County. We are experienced and confident in navigating the world of real estate, and we are distinctly familiar with the local market.
We have a team of full-time realtors, and we offer a full range of services. The benefit of WRX Property Group’s full-time realtors over the numerous part-time realtors out there is that we are constantly on the job – we work round the clock to ensure that no opportunity is missed, and you’ll be able to get in touch with us whenever you need to.
WRX Property Group is part of Keller Williams Realty, one of the world’s leading brokerage firms (indeed, it is the #1 brokerage in terms of all-time global sales). Their emphasis is on mutually beneficial transactions as opposed to just making sales, and we firmly believe in this, too.
WRX Property Group completed 49 transactions in Kitchener-Waterloo in 2017. According to the Kitchener-Waterloo Association of Realtors, there are approximately 1300 realtors in the region, and approximately 7000 residential properties sell per year.
This means the average realtor completes 5.4 transactions per year, putting us well ahead of the curve. Beyond past sales, WRX Property Group also offers a host of services designed to make the process of selling your home as smooth as possible (and with the best ultimate outcome).
Our commitment to delivering impeccable customer service is what unites us as a team, and it is another one of the ways in which we strive to distinguish ourselves from other choices.
We believe that active listening is at the heart of great customer service, and listening is the first step in establishing a productive, dependable working relationship.
Our goal is not to pair you with just any home.
Our goal is to listen to your needs, to understand your expectations, and to do everything we can to help you find YOUR dream home.
This page is undergoing maintenance and will be back soon. We appreciate your patience!
Hello, and welcome to the WRX Property Group website and blog! It’s that time again: time for a close look at the state of real estate in Kitchener-Waterloo. In this March edition of the WRX Monthly Market Report, we’ll be looking back at what happened in February, analyzing the data, and presenting a guide that should be helpful for anyone interested in the Kitchener-Waterloo real estate market (whether you’re buying a home in Kitchener-Waterloo, selling a home, or just looking to learn more).
A very warm welcome to the WRX Property Group website and blog! Over the past couple weeks, we’ve covered several retirement communities throughout Kitchener-Waterloo (and in the case of the Morningside Retirement Community, just outside of Kitchener-Waterloo).
Today, we’ll be looking at one of western Waterloo’s finest retirement communities: the Westhill by Sifton. Sifton is a longstanding Canadian property development company, which started along the path of real-estate innovation back in 1923 with Harry Sifton at the helm.
Sifton Properties Limited has eight retirement living properties throughout southern Ontario (with two in Waterloo), and the Westhill is one of its best: like each of Sifton’s Retirement Living properties, it’s focused on “the highest quality wellness services, dining experiences and engaging social events and activities” (Sifton).
Let’s take a look!
Greetings, and welcome to the WRX Property Group and blog. The search for a retirement residence – whether it’s for yourself or a loved one – is very important. We’ve been looking at retirement communities throughout Kitchener-Waterloo over the past couple weeks, and today we’ll be looking at Highland Place Retirement Residence in northwest Kitchener.
The Highland Place Retirement Residence is owned and operated by Revera, a company focused on providing the highest quality of senior living, and driven by a guiding vision of seniors’ ageless spirit. They have locations across Canada, the USA, and the UK, including several in Kitchener-Waterloo.
Highland Place opened in 1988, and it boasts a caring, professional staff, many of whom have worked here for years.
Hello, and welcome to the WRX Property Group website and blog. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been investigating the range of retirement communities available in Kitchener-Waterloo. Today’s retirement community is southern Waterloo’s Beechwood Manor. Located between the lovely Waterloo neighbourhoods of Maple Hills and Beechwood, Beechwood Manor is among Kitchener-Waterloo’s finest retirement communities.
It’s been offering Assisted Living services since 1984, and as of 2012, it’s also added 35 Independent Living Suites. We’ll get into the specifics shortly, but first, let’s take a look at what’s nearby.
Greetings, and welcome to the WRX Property Group website and blog! Today we continue on our journey through the various retirement communities in Kitchener-Waterloo and beyond. Our present location is found in the Kingsdale neighbourhood of Kitchener: the Trinity Village.
The Trinity Village is a Christian-affiliated, not-for-profit retirement community and registered charity; it’s owned by Lutheran Homes Kitchener-Waterloo. The whole Trinity Village is spread out over 11.5 acres of space, and it consists of a large Care Centre, bungalow town homes, and a complex of residential suites.
